Cheesecake is a classic dessert loved by many. Here's a simple recipe for baking a delicious cheesecake: Ingredients: - 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted - 32 oz. of cream cheese, softened - 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar - 1 tsp. of vanilla extract - 4 large eggs - 1/2 cup of sour cream Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining it with parchment paper. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and set it aside. 3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it's smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until well combined. 4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until they're fully incorporated. 5. Finally, add in the sour cream and mix until the batter is smooth and creamy. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula. 7. Bake the cheesecake for approximately 50-60 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set but still slightly jiggly. 8. Once the cheesecake is done baking, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 30 minutes before removing it. 9. After the cheesecake has cooled, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. 10. When you're ready to serve, remove the cheesecake from the fridge and run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen it. Release the springform pan and remove the cheesecake from the pan. 11. Slice and serve the cheesecake as desired, garnishing with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired. Enjoy your delicious homemade cheesecake!
