Air running is a method of making money in RuneScape by transporting items from one location to another using the air altar. To air run in RuneScape, follow these steps: 1. Have access to the Air Altar: In order to air run, you must have access to the Air Altar. This can be done by completing the Rune Mysteries quest. 2. Get the required items: You will need essence, which can be obtained from mining essence rocks or purchasing them from other players. 3. Head to the Air Altar: Once you have the essence, head to the Air Altar. It is located southwest of Varrock, just east of the River Lum. 4. Craft the runes: Use the essence on the altar to craft air runes. Each essence will create one air rune. 5. Trade the runes for profit: Once you have crafted the air runes, trade them for profit. You can either sell them to other players or sell them to the various RuneScape stores. 6. Repeat: Keep repeating this process to make more money. Note: It is recommended to have a high Runecrafting level to make air running more efficient. Additionally, it is important to watch out for player killers who may attack you while you are carrying valuable items.
