Here are the steps to bake a vegetable tart: Ingredients: - 1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry - 1 egg, beaten - 1 zucchini, sliced - 1 red bell pepper, sliced - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced - 1 onion, sliced - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 tablespoon dried thyme - 1 tablespoon dried oregano - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it is slightly larger than your tart pan. 3.
