Archiving emails with Gmail is a great way to keep your inbox organized and clutter-free while still keeping important emails accessible. Here's how to archive emails with Gmail: 1. Open your Gmail account and go to the inbox. 2. Select the email or emails that you want to archive by checking the box next to each message. 3. Click the "Archive" button, which looks like a folder with a downward arrow. 4. The selected email or emails will be moved out of your inbox and into the "All Mail" folder. 5. If you want to find the archived email later, simply go to the "All Mail" folder and search for it using keywords or filters. 6. If you want to unarchive an email, go to the "All Mail" folder, select the email, and click the "Move to Inbox" button. 7. You can also archive emails automatically using filters. Go to "Settings" > "Filters and Blocked Addresses" and click "Create a new filter". Enter the criteria for the filter, such as the sender's email address or keywords in the subject line, and select "Skip the Inbox (Archive it)". That's it! Archiving emails with Gmail is a simple and effective way to keep your inbox organized and clutter-free.
