Adding rows to a pivot table is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps. Follow these steps to add rows to a pivot table: 1. Open the Excel workbook that contains the pivot table you want to modify. 2. Click anywhere within the pivot table to activate the "PivotTable Tools" menu. 3. Select the "Design" tab from the "PivotTable Tools" menu. 4. In the "Layout" group, click on the "Add Row" button. This will add a new row to the pivot table. 5. Click on the new row to activate it, and then drag the field you want to add to the row from the "Fields" list to the "Row Labels" section of the "Field List" pane. 6. Release the mouse button to drop the field into the row, and the pivot table will be updated with the new row. You can add multiple rows to a pivot table by repeating these steps for each new row you want to add. You can also remove rows from a pivot table by selecting the row you want to remove and then clicking on the "Remove Field" button in the "Layout" group of the "PivotTable Tools" menu.
