Adding contacts to Gmail is a simple process that can help you keep track of your important contacts and streamline your email communication. Here are the steps to add contacts to Gmail: 1. Open Gmail: Log in to your Gmail account. 2. Go to Google Contacts: Click on the "Google Apps" icon on the top right corner of the page, then select "Contacts" from the list of available Google apps. 3. Create a new contact: Click on the "Create contact" button, which is a red plus sign icon at the bottom right corner of the page. 4. Enter contact information: Fill in the fields with the contact's information, such as name, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information. 5. Save the contact: Click on the "Save" button at the bottom right corner of the page to save the contact. Alternatively, you can also add a contact from an email message. Here's how: 1. Open an email: Open the email from the sender that you want to add to your contacts. 2. Hover over the sender's name: Hover over the sender's name or email address to reveal a dropdown menu. 3. Click "Add to Contacts": Click on the "Add to Contacts" option in the dropdown menu. 4. Edit contact information: Edit the contact's information if necessary, and then click "Save" to save the contact. Once you have added a contact to Gmail, you can easily access their information from any device that you use to access your Gmail account. Additionally, you can organize your contacts into groups, import contacts from other sources, and manage your contacts in various ways to make communication more efficient.
