Activating voicemail on Verizon is a straightforward process. Here are the steps you need to follow: 1. Dial *86 from your Verizon phone. 2. Follow the prompts to create a new voicemail box. You will be asked to set up a greeting and a password. 3. Once you have set up your voicemail box, you can access it by dialing *86 from your Verizon phone, or by calling your own phone number and then pressing the pound key (#) when your greeting begins to play. 4. To customize your voicemail settings, such as changing your greeting or password, you can access your voicemail box by dialing *86 and following the prompts. Note: If you are having trouble activating your voicemail, or if you are experiencing issues with your voicemail service, you can contact Verizon customer support for assistance.
