To access Microsoft Word on Windows 8, you can follow these steps: 1. Click on the Windows Start button located at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. 2. Scroll through the list of applications until you find the Microsoft Word icon. 3. Click on the Word icon to open the application. If you can't find the Word icon in the Start menu, you can also try searching for it by following these steps: 1. Click on the Windows Start button. 2. Type "Word" in the search bar located at the bottom of the Start menu. 3. The search results will display all Microsoft Word applications installed on your computer. 4. Click on the Word application you want to open to launch it. If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your Windows 8 computer, you can purchase and download it from the Microsoft Store or Microsoft's website. Alternatively, you can use a free alternative such as LibreOffice or Google Docs.
