To make a three-way call with a person, follow these steps: 1. Dial the first person's number and wait for them to answer. 2. Once the first person is on the line, ask them to hold while you make a second call. 3. Use your phone's call feature to dial the second person's number. 4. Once the second person answers, explain that you would like to merge their call with the first person's call. 5. On most phones, you can merge the calls by pressing the "merge" button, which will join all three people on the line. 6. If you want to end the three-way call with one person but continue talking to the other, you can use the "split" or "end call" button to hang up with one person and keep talking to the other. Note that some phones may have slightly different instructions for making three-way calls, so it's always a good idea to consult your phone's manual or contact your phone service provider if you have any questions or need additional assistance.
